Also, due to the impact on the kitchen budget of the house, people are now facing a double blow. The reason is that the prices of vegetables coming in Alwar Mandi are also skyrocketing. Due to this, people may now have to spend more money in their monthly budget. Already, a twofold difference is visible in the prices of vegetables sold wholesale in the city’s fruit and vegetable market and those sold in the city.
Vegetable trader Pappu MD said that due to summer there is a shortage of local vegetables in Alwar. Due to this, the vegetables coming in Alwar vegetable market are coming at expensive prices. Due to this, the budget of people’s homes has already started deteriorating. Pappu MD told that with the increase in temperature the prices of vegetables start increasing. However, heat wave is not visible yet. There is a possibility of increase in the prices of green vegetables when there will be heatwave and intense heat in the coming time. In which the prices of vine vegetables like tinda, gourd, ridge gourd etc. can touch the sky. In summer, vegetables are brought from outside. Whose transportation also costs more. Due to this also the prices of vegetables have increased.

Prices of daily used vegetables increased
Due to increase in prices of commonly used vegetables, women are facing difficulty in adjusting their budget. Sita, a resident of Vijayanagar in Alwar city, said that the prices of common vegetables like tomato, onion, potato are also going down. However, these vegetables are useful in making any vegetable. Tomato and onion are also eaten more in the form of salad during summer. In which their consumption is highest. But the prices of both have also increased due to which the kitchen budget has deteriorated.
There was a difference due to marriages also.
Pappu MD told that along with summer, wedding season is also going on. Due to which there is good demand for vegetables and the prices are also decreasing. Its direct impact is also on the prices of vegetables.
